Adrian Gill
Managing Partner

Adrian has an academic background in Marketing and Industrial Psychology. With a professional background in publishing Adrian set up V2i, a full service digital agency, in 2000. Having built up the business over 10 years Adrian merged the company with TDA in 2009. As well as running the agency day-to-day, Adrian keeps his finger on the pulse of integration planning and client digital/integration workshops.

Neil Fox
Partner, Strategy

With over 20 years experience in marketing across a range of disciplines, Fox is renowned for his breakthrough thinking. He has masterminded communication and brand strategies for some of the biggest names in the commercial and charitable sectors. He has an award-winning track record in developing strategies to change behaviour that delivers game-changing performance for some of the UK's top brands.

David Burrows
Partner, Fundraising

With more than 20 years' experience in charity marketing, DB has devised successful fundraising strategies for brands including Samaritans and Cancer Research UK. Renowned for his engaging sessions and insightful observations, he is a regular speaker at Institute of Fundraising events and has chaired the annual legacy conference. DB's thoughts on the psychology of altruism have appeared in New Scientist.

Darren James
Partner, Technical

Darren has over 25 years' experience in IT - mainframe, small systems and web - with clients such as M&S, Equifax and Centrefile. He joined Adrian at V2i in 2004, and then the board of TDA in 2009. Darren is lead digital planner, with a team of specialists across website architecture, build (including CMS), database, search, email and social media.

Mark Pearson
Creative Director

Mark has led TDA's creative team since its inception in 1996. He is the creative force behind the agency's many awards, which include Caples, DMA and Cream. A recognised and respected face in the industry, Mark is passionate about delivering work that achieves great results. And he ensures that creativity is seamless across online and offline media.

Corinne LeLoup
Group Account Director

Although from France originally, Corinne's 22 years of marketing have all been in the UK. She caught the fundraising bug early in her career, working with clients including NSPCC, RSPB and RNLI. But she can turn her hand to other business sectors, as demonstrated in her work with M&S Financial Services and Lloydspharmacy. Corinne's experience spans multiple channels and disciplines, from database segmentation to DRTV to brand strategy. At TDA she heads up Client Services, but she also oversees the development of many of our TV campaigns and CRM strategies.

David Westgate
Partner, Operations

David has steered TDA's business operations for 15 years, ever since the agency was set up in 1996. He adds specialist skills in operational and facilities management into the agency mix. David has an honours degree in Business Studies and is an affiliate of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development.
